Welcome to FBK POWER. Located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, our 225-acre manufacturing campus is one of the largest vertically integrated EV charger production facilities in China.
Our journey begins at the SMT production line, where high-precision surface-mount technology assembles the control boards that power every FBK charger. Four automated SMT lines operate 24/7, ensuring consistent quality for high-volume orders.
Next, we move to automated assembly, where robotic stations assemble chassis, power modules, and charging connectors. Every unit undergoes 100% quality control inspection before leaving the line.
In our testing and certification lab, each charger is subjected to rigorous electrical safety, thermal, and environmental testing. Our in-house capabilities cover UL, CE, and OCPP compliance verification.
