Yes. Our DC fast-charging equipment is UL certified to UL 2202, 3rd Ed. and CSA C22.2 No. 346:22 (Certificate Nos. UL-US-2583475-0 / UL-CA-2561033-0), and our AC chargers are Intertek ETL Listed to UL 2594:2022 and CSA C22.2 No.280:2022 (Control No. 5035409). CE documentation for European markets is available on request. Every certificate number can be verified in the UL and Intertek public directories, and PDF copies are downloadable from our Certifications page.

We work with gas station operators, fleet owners, and commercial charging site investors in the U.S. To get started, simply let us know the number of vehicles to be charged and the available site size. Based on this information, we will design a customized charging solution, provide a complete layout and equipment plan, and review the proposal with you before moving forward.

Yes. Because we manufacture the full chain in-house — SMT controllers, injection-molded enclosures, sheet-metal cabinets — we can customize power ratings, connectors (CCS1/CCS2/CHAdeMO/GB/T), cable lengths, screen and language, branding, and even the OCPP 1.6 backend to your operating workflow. OEM and ODM projects are both welcome.

Typical lead time is about 1 week for AC chargers and around 1 month for integrated DC fast chargers, depending on configuration and quantity. Products carry a standard warranty with lifetime technical support; spare parts and remote diagnostics are provided through our cloud platform, and our group maintains regional service commitments for key markets.
